The family is pleased to offer an opportunity for those wishing to honor Judy’s life and legacy to gather in remembrance of her.
We want to include all interested parties! We know that Judy had a wide and diverse network of friends, so we appreciate any help you can provide in spreading the word to others. Due to venue capacity and catering requirements we ask that anyone wishing to attend please RSVP no later than June 15, 2024. Space may not be available for submissions after that date.
Please use the form below so that we may track an accurate attendance number. Once we have processed your submission, we will contact you with additional details regarding the exact time and location, which we ask that you not share directly with others (instead please refer them to this page so that we can accept/track their RSVP as well!)
If you would like to speak publicly during the memorial service, please indicate this on the form below. Our time at the venue is limited, so we may not be able to accommodate everyone, but we will try to include as many speakers as possible.
Please note that whether or not you speak publicly, or are even able to attend the memorial, you may still share with us a brief memory that you have of Judy for potential inclusion in the commemorative program that we plan to distribute at the service. Please see the Memories page for details.
